Maja’s Coffee Cake
1 box Supermoist Yellow Cake Mix (with pudding in the mix)
Ingredients to make cake
Follow the directions and make the cake. Pour into a greased and floured large sheet pan with 1-inch sides. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes then remove from oven.
While you cake is cooking mix:
2 – cups of flour,
2/3 cups of brown sugar,
2/3 cups of white sugar,
1 Tablespoon of vanilla,
1 Tablespoon of cinnamon,
Then cut in 2 1/2 sticks & 1 Tablespoon of butter with steak knives (or a pastry cutter). You should have a crumb mixture. Put crumbs over cooked cake and bake another 10-15 mins. When cool, sift confectionary sugar over cake. Enjoy.

Indeed not everywhere coffe cake is cake that tastes good with coffe. Since where I’m from (The Netherlands) We dont really have something thats called coffee cake. When we do call something coffeecake or coffeecookie. It tastes like it.
